Flamingo Lake House was just as described. Very relaxing, very clean and the views of the lake are beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped with spices, seasonings and all equipment which was wonderful and convenient. A large grocery store is just up the street and a nice pub called Bobs Bar on a marina serves great food and drinks and is literally 3 mins drive behind the property. We hung out there until late in the evening. I gave this property 5 stars and will definitely be booking again for the holidays with my family. Be sure to exchange phone numbers with the manager so that you can navigate your way to the property with ease. Getting to the Villa was simple.

The most amazing villa in the perfect setting. Photos don't do it justice. Modern, clean, comfortable, and functional with the added luxury of a massive TV, swimming pool, kayaks, BBQ, super fast WiFi. Communication was super fast and friendly. Loved it so much we booked to stay an extra 2 nights!

A totally positive experience. This Villa is amazing from the views to the amenities, the view from the house was gorgeous! Nice, quiet location away from the crowds of Grace Bay, and we felt very safe at this beautiful house. The home was clean and stocked with everything needed to cook or grill, we enjoyed every morning sleeping in those comfy beds. Both rooms and bathrooms are private and a great setup for a family of 4-5 people. The pool area is all you can ask for. Everything we wanted to get to on the island was a 12-minute drive or less. We had an incredible weeklong vacation using this house. I'd suggest this house and renting from Neko to anyone looking at Provo- our first to TCI. We'll be back!

This Villa was beautiful. The pictures give it no justice, you have to see it in person. Super clean. Neko was a great host his response time was impeccable!
